Warranty Policy

All Redback Sport products are covered by a 12 month replacement guarantee.

If your item should become defective from faulty workmanship or faulty materials then we will replace it with a new item. Of course, normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered by warranty. Proof of purchase is required

If a replacement is not available you can choose another product or ask for a refund.

We do not refund the original delivery charge.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
