Membership is automatic, and you start earning points from your first purchase.

Once you complete an online order, you will earn up to 5 points per dollar spent, depending on the product. Clearance and staff discounted products are excluded. Points can be redeemed 30 days after your order is processed. Unused points remain valid for 12 months, so there is plenty of time to build up for a great reward!

You can use points to purchase Redback products, or to buy any of the Gift Cards on the Redback Rewards products page.

To order with points, simply click on the product you want and click the "Buy with points" button. You will then complete the points order on the next screen. If you do not have enough points, the button will show you how many points you are short.

If the product you select is not available at time of ordering, we will contact you and offer a similar product at equal or greater value.

Please note, rewards products will be sent with next order purchase. Any reward product placed without an order will be charged freight. We hope you understand that rewards cannot be shipped if the account is overdue.

Points are not transferable. No responsibility taken for items shipped and lost in transit.
