We deliver to all areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania.
All orders for delivery are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse in Queensland and are delivered by Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Toll Ipec Road Transport.
Delivery charges
We have a minimum order requirement of $350+GST for all mainland wholesale customers to receive Free In Store delivery.
Orders under $350+GST incur a delivery fee of $20.00+GST.
Delivery to Tasmania is freight cost + GST. Deliveries over 100klms from Perth are charged freight from Perth to delivery address. Please contact us for more info. Drop shipments to residential addresses occur and extra $9.95 plus gst freight charge.
Delivery times
Orders will be delivered to your nominated business address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
All orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location.
Order tracking
Once your online order has been sent from our Brisbane warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number.
You will be able to track your order online by clicking on one of the links below and entering the tracking number online.
If you cannot find your tracking number please contact us and we will provide it.
Delivery acceptance
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, or the delivery address is closed during the usual business hours specified above, the delivery company may charge a re-delivery fee to Redback Sport which will then be passed onto you. We ask that you inform Redback Sport if there is to be a time when your business address will be closed during usual business hours, so that we can do our best to arrange delivery at another time.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
